By accessing the QUIQ platform and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please discontinue use of the platform. QUIQ reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes by email.

2. Description of Services

QUIQ is a SaaS platform that enables restaurant professionals to create and manage digital menus accessible via QR code. Our services include: custom menu creation, QR code generation, access to viewing statistics, promotion management, and automatic menu translation. QUIQ is committed to providing these services with diligence and professionalism.

3. User Account

Use of QUIQ requires the creation of an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities conducted under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, please contact us immediately.

4. Pricing and Payment

Use of QUIQ is subject to a paid subscription according to the plans available on our website. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. QUIQ reserves the right to modify its pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All elements of the QUIQ platform (software, design, logos, text) are the exclusive property of QUIQ and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the content you create and publish via the platform. By publishing this content, you grant QUIQ a license to display it as part of the service.

6. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from your dashboard. QUIQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of non-payment, violation of these terms, or abusive use of services. After termination, you have 30 days to export your data.

7. Limitation of Liability

QUIQ is committed to ensuring the availability and proper functioning of the platform. However, QUIQ shall not be held liable for indirect damages, service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control, or issues related to your internet connection or equipment. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you publish.

8. Applicable Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by Guinean law. In case of dispute, the parties shall endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the courts of Conakry, Republic of Guinea, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
